Mobile-first origination via native app, USSD, or WhatsApp channels. Proprietary credit scoring combining bureau data with alternative signals — device telemetry, transactional patterns, telco behaviour. ML models retrained on rolling 90-day windows for continuous calibration.

Risk Management

Underwriting discipline calibrated to emerging-market conditions. Short-term consumer loans and revolving credit, USD 50–500 ticket sizes, tenors from 7 to 90 days. Portfolio monitoring on daily cycles with delinquency tracked at cohort level from first payment due.

KYC and AML integrated into the origination flow with automated sanctions screening. Data localisation per jurisdiction, regulatory reporting automation, and annual external audit. Compliance is a non-negotiable operating condition, not a cost centre.

Automated collections waterfall — SMS reminders through to field collection — with restructuring offered before escalation.
